Indigo likes to shake things up a bit. We'd bet that you've never had a Mac & Cheese like ours. Our dish is made with penne pasta, spinach, bacon, chicken, onions, goat cheese, and panko, finished with a Balsamic Reduction. This pasta is sure to take your taste buds for a ride.

With a large selection of vegetarian items, we strive to stand out from the crowd. Our vegetarian plates are designed not to make you feel like you are missing out. Even hearty meat-eaters will be coming back for more.

Charles Huckleby

Classically trained, Charles has been a chef at Indigo for over 18 years. Known to many of our regular customers as Chuck,  he has built a relationship with the Hyde Park community. Chuck's goal is to make sure that every experience is top notch.

Ian Cecil

 

KITCHEN MANAGER

At 23 years old, Ian has proven himself as a true leader of the kitchen. Learning from Chef Charles Huckleby, Ian is well on his way to running his own kitchen.

Catherine Ziemak

 

PASTRY CHEF

Recent graduate of Midwest Culinary Institute, Catherine is working towards running a commercial kitchen. Catherine has redesigned our entire dessert menu, with great success.
